Dealing with the labor challenges of today requires solidarity, foresight, and the will to fight for what is right. The International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE), AFL-CIO & CLC, is a diverse labor union advocating for these values on behalf of more than 90,000 highly trained workers in professional, technical, administrative and associated occupations in Canada and the United States.

IFPTE Local 105 is the voice of engineers and construction inspectors working for the MBTA and the town of Sudbury, MA. Our purpose is to ensure we, employees at the MBTA, have a voice in the policies that impact our work and profession, as well as ensuring the MBTA continues to be a benefit to the citizens of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
